He describes the salient details of his relationships and his journey through New York City. Your assignment is to creatively fictionalize an experience similar to Holden's, a time when your values were challenged and you had to figure out what you are all about. This could be your own story or the story of somebody else, past, present, or future. Or, you can come up with your own idea.
